At Bravano, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This 30-day return policy applies to every item on our site, including the Final Collection at 80% off.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Warranty
Each Bravano Curren timepiece includes a 2-year movement warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal performance under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, water beyond the stated resistance, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. To make a warranty claim, contact help@usebravano.com with your order number and photos of the issue; we will repair or replace the watch at no cost.
